At Desi Mealz, we try our best to pack and ship your order safely and on time.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Working days do not include Sundays, public holidays, courier holidays, or unexpected operational delays.
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and courier service availability.
Estimated delivery timelines:

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
Desi Mealz may offer free shipping, discounted shipping, or special shipping offers from time to time.
4. Tracking Details
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any available communication channel.
Customers are requested to track their order and be available to receive the delivery.

Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address with:

Desi Mealz will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, wrong pincode, incomplete details, or unreachable phone number.
6. Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver because the customer is unavailable, refuses the order, or provides incorrect details, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, Desi Mealz may charge additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.
Refund will not be guaranteed for failed delivery caused by customer-side issues.
7. Courier Delays
Desi Mealz is not responsible for courier delays caused by:

However, we will try our best to support customers with tracking and delivery updates.
8. Damaged Outer Box
Sometimes, the outer shipping box may get slightly damaged during courier handling.
If the outer box is damaged but the product packets inside are safe, sealed, and usable, refund or replacement will not be applicable.
If the actual product packet is damaged, tampered, leaking, or unusable, the customer must report it within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo and video proof.
9. International Shipping
Currently, Desi Mealz does not offer international shipping through the website.
