Replacement or Refund Eligibility
Replacement or refund may be considered only in the following cases:

Product packet received in damaged, tampered, leaking, or unusable condition

Serious quality issue verified by Desi Mealz
The final decision to offer a replacement, refund, or store credit will be taken by Desi Mealz after checking the issue and proof submitted by the customer.
4. Reporting Time
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Complaints received after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
5. Proof Required
To raise a replacement or refund request, the customer must share:

Registered phone number or email ID

Clear photos of the outer shipping box

Clear photos of the product packet

Photo of the batch number, MRP, manufacturing date, and expiry/best-before details

Unboxing video, especially if the outer box is damaged

Clear proof showing missing, wrong, damaged, tampered, or expired product
Without sufficient proof, replacement or refund may not be approved.
6. Shipping Damage
If only the outer shipping box is damaged but the product packets inside are safe, sealed, and usable, refund or replacement will not be applicable.
If the actual product packet is damaged, tampered, leaking, or unusable due to shipping damage, the customer must report it within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.
After verification, Desi Mealz may offer replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the issue.
7. Missing Item
If any item is missing from the order, the customer must report it within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof and order details.
After verification, Desi Mealz may ship the missing item, offer store credit, or issue a refund for the missing item value.
8. Wrong Item Received
If the customer receives the wrong item, they must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
After verification, Desi Mealz may send the correct item, offer store credit, or issue a refund for the wrong item value.
9. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
Refunds may take 5 to 10 working days to reflect, depending on the bank, payment gateway, or payment method.
10. Replacement Timeline
If a replacement is approved, the replacement product will be shipped depending on stock availability and courier serviceability.
11. Final Decision
All refund, replacement, and cancellation requests will be reviewed by Desi Mealz.
Desi Mealz reserves the right to reject any request if the proof is insufficient, the issue is reported late, the product has been opened/used, or the issue is not eligible under this policy.
