The vision behind Desi Mealz was born from the life experiences of our founder, Mrs. Niketa S.S., and her incredible journey as a student abroad. Struggling to find time to cook or eat proper meals, her mother, Mrs. Sunitha Vasnad, lovingly sent her homemade ready-to-eat meals. This sparked a brilliant idea—why not make these nutritious, home-like meals available for everyone?
In 2013, the mother-daughter duo embarked on their humble journey, starting with only 2 to 3 machines and unwavering support from Mrs. Niketa's grandparents. Their dedication bore fruit, and the business grew steadily, achieving the ISO certification in 2016. By 2017, Desi Mealz expanded globally, fulfilling small orders to Africa.
In March 2020, the business took a big leap with a new, state-of-the-art factory setup, further cementing its place as a trusted brand for Ready-to-Eat meals. Today, Desi Mealz is available on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, making it accessible to everyone craving authentic homemade food.
